Business General Manager - Tim Hurley

Tim Hurley has been broadcasting Raiders games since the team’s inception in 2010. In his expanded role as Business General Manager, he is responsible for business operations, media/public/community relations, sponsorships, ticketing, and merchandising, and the team’s branding and marketing efforts. He will continue to call the action in the 2013 season in addition to his behind the scenes duties.
An Indiana native, Tim graduated from the University of Notre Dame and moved to Richmond to work in corporate finance. He later transitioned to a career in broadcasting and became the radio announcer for the Richmond Speed and the Richmond Bandits, as well as many local high school sports. He spent nine years in the radio industry responsible for day to day operations and the on-air products of four stations.
In the offseason Tim umpires youth baseball and enjoys Richmond’s music festivals. He is a fan of the Chicago Cubs, and annually hopes that they will still be in contention when the Raiders’ season ends.

Operations Manager - Gary Criswell

Gary has been involved with indoor football in Richmond since its inception; first serving on the coaching staff of the Richmond Speed (2000-03). 2013 will mark his third season with the Raiders. His responsibilities include assisting player personnel, game day operations, group bookings and sponsor sales.
Criswell has previous coaching experience in the High School ranks at his alma mater, Henrico High School and later served at the collegiate level with long stints at Virginia Union and Hampton University. Since his "retirement" from college coaching, Gary can be found broadcasting High School football. 2013 will mark his 18th year in the broadcasting booth as a color commentator and college football analyst.
Gary received his degree from Bryan College where he played baseball. Coach Criz lives in Mecahanicsville with his wife Suzanne and their dogs Harley & Miya. He is the proud of his grown children; Chad, Megan, Kelsey and Scott. When he is away from football his pursuit is maintaining a single digit handicap in golf.

Logistics and Equipment Manager - Lawrence Lewis

Lawrence has been a standout on the defensive line for every arena and indoor football team to call Richmond home. In his two seasons with the Raiders, he logged 8.5 sacks and recovered three fumbles. He also filled in on the offensive line, and had a touchdown reception in the final game of 2011. He was named to the 2012 All-PIFL second team after registering five sacks and 6.5 tackles for a loss, playing in just seven games before suffering a season-ending Achilles injury.
As Logistics and Equipment Manager, Lawrence is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the team's practice facility, all uniform and equipment oversight, travel planning, and player appearance coordination.

Lady Raider Dance Team Director - Kelly Allen

This is Kelly’s first year as Director of the Lady Raiders. She has studied all forms of dance for 29 years. She graduated from the Freehold Fine & Performing Arts Program in New Jersey as a dance major and studied at the NJ Governor's School of the Arts at Trenton State University. She then continued her music and dance training at Howard University.
Kelly was a dancer and Dance Team Captain with the Washington Wizards for 3 years and choreographed many of their dance routines. In addition, she was a Washington Redskins Cheerleader for 7 years and held the position of captain. As a Wizard Dancer and Redskins Cheerleader, Kelly made several trips to the Middle East, Europe, the Balkans, Central America and Greenland to entertain and boost the morale of our troops before and after the 9/11 tragedy, serenading the troops vocally as well as dancing.
Whenever time permits, Kelly donates her time to perform as a dancer, singer, actress and choreographer for musical productions presented by Cabaret for Life, Inc. (CFL). She has been involved with CFL for the past 15 years. Cabaret, as a non-profit organization, donates its show proceeds to organizations that provide support to groups or organizations whose mission is to ease the lives of those suffering from debilitating diseases.
