The Richmond Raiders announced today the 2010 Richmond Raiders Game Themes for each game this season.  Each and every game will have a theme and will support a local charity in some fashion.

The Season Opener on March 13th against the Reading Express will be sponsored by SunTrust Bank and support the Central Virginia Food Bank.

Have fun on Kids Night, March 20th as the Raiders play the Fayetteville Guard. This game will be sponsored by Radio Disney and support Richmond City Schools.

Come party with us on College Night, April 3rd as the Raiders take on the Fayetteville Guard. This special night will be filled action, pizza eating contests and so much more.

The Raiders will race to win against the Erie Riverrats on Nascar Night, April 30th. This action packed game will be fast a furious and will also will support Stop Child Abuse Now (SCAN). 

Enjoy a night with family and friends and support your faith with Family on May 8th, Family Night, as the Raiders play the Baltimore Mariners.

Support our military heroes on Military Appreciation Night, May 29th as the Raiders play the Fayetteville Guard. This game will benefit ARMY relief efforts. Special game events supporting our troops will be planed. Special pricing will be available to all armed services personal for all branched of the military. Tickets for this game are already on sale and have be selling fast

The Raiders’ final game against the Harrisburg Stampede on June 19th for Fan Appreciation Night is shaping up to be the biggest game of the year. Fans will have the opportunity to meet the players, get on the field, and test their skill as a pro football player.  More details to come

Each game will have pre-game events in the festival garden prior to the game.  The fun bus, bouncy houses, joeys hot dogs, Lady Raider autographs sessions, and multiple radio stations will be present at each pre-game event.  There will also be fireworks before each game to announce players. Half time contests and give-a-ways will provide fun and games for all.  Players will be on the field after each game to sign autographs.
