The Lady Raiders participated in the YMCA of Greater Richmond's Bright Beginnings program.  The program gives children in our community the tools they need to succeed each school year by providing students from low-income families with new clothes, shoes and a backpack filled with supplies.

The Lady Raiders helped their "shopping buddies" choose their outfits and supplies.  This is the third year that the Lady Raiders have assisted with the back-to-school event.

The 2012-2013 Lady Raider squad, selected earlier this month at the Carytown Watermelon Festival, will be making appearances all over town this fall.  Keep checking this site and like the Lady Raiders on facebook for the full schedule!
