Elizabeth and Michael Fraizer make up the ownership group controlling the team with Elizabeth serving as the primary representative of team ownership. Michael is a local area businessman. Day to day operations of the Richmond Raiders are handled by the front office and football operations staffs.

Elizabeth and Michael Fraizer:
The Fraizers joined the ownership group in 2009 through a personal investment in the team and assumed control the following year. The Fraizers are active in the Richmond community and see the team as an opportunity to contribute to the vibrancy of downtown Richmond, help bring economical family entertainment to the metro area, provide players a professional platform from which to excel and grow, and add to the community’s volunteer efforts through the involvement of the players, Lady Raiders dance team and the staff.
Mike serves on various charitable and community boards and advisory groups including the Andre Agassi Charitable Foundation, VCU School of Education Advancement Council, the P-20 Bridging Richmond educational initiative, and the Richmond Performing Arts CenterStage. Mike and Elizabeth have a history of civic and charitable involvement in the Richmond, Virginia area. They founded the Mary & Frances Youth Center on the Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) campus in partnership with the University and support youth development and sports programs in Richmond including the Quick Start tennis program and the IMPACT player youth mentoring program with the Richmond Public Schools.
