About the Lady Raiders:
The Lady Raiders Dance & Cheer Team is the all-female promotion and performance team for the Richmond Raiders. Lady Raiders are carefully selected based on glamour, poise, professionalism, talent, showmanship and positive, enthusiastic attitudes. Directed by 7-year NFL cheerleader Kelly Allen, the ladies are highly visible in the community year-round, supporting charities, endorsing sponsors, and promoting community spirit.
